High Blood Pressure in the doctor's office?
I am 25 and have not been to a doctor since age 15. When I was 15, I was in shape, athletic and when I went to the doctor my blood pressure was 175/110! He recognized the syndrome as the white coat. After the physical and assured me that everything was fine, I took my bp again and 110/60ish. Since I have this terrible adrenaline every time I even start to see a blood Pressure Cuff pressure. The problem is that I'm 25, about 20 kilos overweight and do not think I can explain to my doctor why my BP is through the roof … if only to avoid visits to doctors at all costs, even so now I have other concerns … I monitor with a digital home that I bought from 130/70-145/90 day.
