Can anyone tell me how to connect the compression connectors on RG6 cable?
I purchased a data package shark that comes with compression connectors, compression tool and a stripper cable, but I can not make it work. The instructions tell you that you must push the connector until the dielectrode is aligned with the connector end before using the tool compression. It's impossible to do was push rocker Twist and fourth still often go all the way to go. BTW, I am using the cable Quad. Help please!
They bought the connectors to the cable quad shield? It is a little thicker than the RG-6 regular and May-be Reason for the connector will not. RG-6 QS uses special connectors. If the connectors for RG-6 QS then maybe you need to cut just over the envelope Pool. Hard to say without seeing what you are doing well.
