Heel Pain
How do I really solve my heel pain without surgery?
I had chronic heel pain for over 6 years. I my feet for 12 hours. I was told that I FACILITATION foot and went to several doctors who have taught me several sections. I tried injections of cortisone and registration and icing. I tried a lot of skirts, cups and Arch Supports. Now, I say the only solution is surgery. Can not suffer as a result of surgery recovery time. If anyone can help that would be eternally grateful. Thank you!
