What is my Blood Pressure right?
When I can measure my blood pressure with a store bought cuff leaves me as 150/103, which is terrible. I 116/78 with a Pulse Monitor which is much better. one blood pressure would be more logical that I'm only 22, no family history of hypertension and obesity have early onset morbid obesity by any means. I have chubby arms disproportionately perhaps why I read it so high with the cuff and readings much lower with the Wrist Monitor? What my blood pressure real blood?
BP These store bought things are very complicated to use and very difficult to obtain accurate and reproducible. The only way to get an accurate reading is to go to your doctor. If he / she suspects that you have hypertension pressure, which must return to the surgery on several different days at different times of days to get their blood pressure measured in the same room by the same person. This ensures that you have shown the diurnal variation and hypertension white coat. So as you can see them get a "real" BP reading is not as easy as everyone thinks.
